In 2012 we had the honor to work on an Operation Smile non-profit event. Since 1982, Operation Smile — through the help of dedicated medical volunteers — has provided more than 3.5 million comprehensive patient evaluations and over 200,000 free surgeries for children and young adults born with cleft lips, cleft palates and other facial deformities.
We teamed up with famous the orthodontist Dr Piero Palacious of Miami. Posh executed a Fashion show featuring Kariza swimwear, bringing in a team of hairstylists & makeup artists. We hired models for the event & helped to advertise the event through social media and invitations. The event was hosted at Off the Hookah Fort Lauderdale in Downtown and the night kicked off with a silent auction (thanks to all the local business donations.) All of the profits made were then utilized for Dr Piero and his team to go and assist the children with clef palates in Honduras. This event was an amazing success and we were happy to bestow our expertise to such a wonderful cause.
